Terms of Service

By using FollowUp Champ, you agree to these terms. Engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed at onboarding.

Service term

FollowUp Champ engagements require a three-month minimum. After the initial term, the agreement continues month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.

Ownership

You own your data, your CRM contacts, your phone numbers, and your domain. We own the playbooks, prompts, and automations we build into the platform.
